homemade skillet popcorn

with moringa, garlic and sea Salt

GLUTEN FREE - DAIRY FREE

INGREDIENTS:

1/2 tsp sea salt

1 tsp leek powder

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp nutu moringa powder

3.5 tbsp olive oil

1/4 cup non-gmo corn kernels 

METHOD :

in a small bowl, combine the salt, leek, garlic, moringa powders. mix thoroughly. add 2.5 tbsp olive oil and mix or whisk well. 

in medium pan (we like to use a cast iron skillet), heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil. add the popping corn kernels and cover. shake pan with lid on until all kernels are popped. in a large bowl, combine popcorn and seasoning and mix well.
