clean, green, moringa smoothie

with kiwi, hemp and ginger

 RAW - VEGAN- GLUTEN FREE

makes 1 cup

INGREDIENTS:

1/2 fresh or frozen banana

1/2 cup baby spinach

1/2 fresh or frozen kiwi

1/2 teaspoon hemp seeds

1/2 tsp nutu moringa powder

1/3 cup of water

fresh ginger to taste

a small handful of ice cubes  

METHOD:

Blend water and greens together for 30 seconds

Add remaining ingredients, top with ice, and blend for an additional 1 minute.

Enjoy your clean, green, moringa smoothie !
