nutu’s commitment to quality

HOW CAN YOU TELL IF YOUR MORINGA IS OF GOOD QUALITY ?

Look at the color! The more vibrant green the moringa powder is, the less processed and the more alive. Low quality moringa often has a dull, pale or brownish color—typically the result of poor harvesting and cultivation techniques or high-heat sterilization.

Nutu moringa is on the left, and its quality is evident even in its appearance: a fine, bright, vibrant green powder, with all the vitality of the raw leaf.

Not all moringa is equal!

While moringa grows in tropical regions around the world, the dry, clean, mineral-rich soils of West Africa, unpolluted by industry, produce trees of unusual quality.

We have at heart the regenerative principles of permaculture, fair trade and sustainable agro-ecology. We cultivate heirloom moringa varieties and make sure we preserve the full value of every leaf.

Our moringa leaves are hand harvested from their stems just after dawn, then washed and dried immediately in sterile facilities, protected from the effects of moisture, sunlight and oxygen. Each batch of dried leaves is subjected to rigorous quality control and lab testing, then dated and labeled for absolute traceability.

Nutu believes that good health starts from the ground up. That's why we are committed to:

  • no chemical pesticides

  • no heavy metals

  • no harmful bacteria

  • no sterilization

  • no irradiation

  • no fumigation

  • no additives

Our firm commitment to these principles distinguish our moringa as the best on the global market.
